Bonoboss® in its eagerness to deliver the best experience to its clients, gives them the benefits of: Refund, Changes or Guarantees to their products, information exposed in the Terms and Conditions of www.bonoboss.com
To proceed with any of the aforementioned requirements, check which of the following forms you must complete to request it, fill in the required information, attach photos if necessary and describe the situation so that it can be attended to as soon as possible.
  • Product Return Form You can return a product within 20 days counted from the date of your ticket or invoice.
  • Guarantee Form Bonoboss® has a warranty of 1 year for defects in the machinery of its watches and 3 legal months for the rest of its products without additional surcharges.
  • Product Change Form You may exercise this benefit within 30 days counted from the date of your ticket or invoice.
  • Technical Service Form to send your products from regions or if you want to advance time in the income through our modules or store, fill out this form and attach it to your product.
